Meditation has been shown to change chromosomes in our cells and reduce the aging process. We can rewire our brains and change the way we respond to stress in our external world by changing our internal functioning. YOGA is the affiliate embodiment of moving meditation that brings all together, moving energy through the body and mind. As a bodyworker, I have repeatedIy seen bad backs as a result of weak cores. Thus, I combine yoga and pilates to develop core strength and mindfulness simultaneously. Yoga is the perfect partner to both Ayurveda and Bodywork.
